From Ottawa to Binghamton

All the trip really is a quick ride on the 416 to the 401 and then set the cruise control through Syracuse all the way to Binghamton. But in terms of hockey teams the trip is a pretty substantial one. Nick Foligno has been forced to make the trip a couple times this year. Currently up in Ottawa, he will most likely be sent back down to Binghamton once Stillman gets settled in and the injury bug leaves Ottawa. Even Ray Emery has made the trip, with purple suit and white shoes in tow.

This blog is going to look at what is going on in Ottawa. It will also look at all the other guys that may end up in Ottawa one day. That includes Binghamton, Elmira, Russia, the CHL and beyond. The two of us putting together this blog bring interesting experiences. I cover the BSens for WBNG in Binghamton, the local CBS affiliate and grew up in Ottawa. Andrew Kergin is the ultimate Sens fans. He's lived all over spending a portion of his developing years in Canada's capital. He's now in Halifax.

Thanks for taking a look and hopefully we will provide some interesting stuff about Canada's best hockey team.

Richard
